Magic Candies are items that can be created to enhance a Cookie’s ability. The specific effects vary between each Cookie, and can range from providing more points to the existing ability to adding a completely new ability.
Magic Candies were added during the Happy Holidays update in 2017, with five Cookies intially receiving them– Muscle Cookie, Cherry Cookie, Hero Cookie, Werewolf Cookie and Fairy Cookie. Originally, Magic Candies were only given out to Cookies that did not release with one; as of Cherry Blossom Cookie's release, Epic Cookies always release with a Magic Candy and a Cookie Trial. Additionally, new Cookies are also typically released with a corresponding event that provide the ingredients for a level 1 Magic Candy, which since Rebel Cookie's release has been a Cookie Mastery mission.
Currently, Magic Candies are available for nearly all the Cookies, with only some exceptions.
Magic Candies are created in the corresponding Cookie’s detail menu. Magic Candy Ingredients are usually obtained from that Cookie’s Cookie Trial if they have one. Magic Ingredients, excluding those of Legendary Cookies, can also be bought with Crystals and Magic Powder. Previously, For Common, Rare and Epic Cookies, Magic Candy creation also used to have a chance to fail for all level past the initial level. When creation failed, a very small amount of Sugar Crystals were refunded. Though this is no longer the case, as Magic Candy creation is now guaranteed to succeed regardless of the Cookie's rarity, or the Magic Candy's level.
Below is a table displaying the required ingredients to make each level of Magic Candy. Teeniepings' Magic Candies are considered the same as the ones for Common/Rare/Epic Cookies.

Usage
The use of a Magic Candy is to improve the Cookie. Magic Candies allow for better scoring, making a Cookie much better for modes like Breakout or Trophy Race. It is advised to try and get a well-scoring Cookie’s Magic Candy to further enhance the Cookie’s scoring ability.
Blessing
Magic Candies can be Blessed using Blessing Tickets, Special Blessing Tickets, Coins or Crystals once they have been leveled up to Max Level. These Blessings add a passive effect to the Magic Candy, such as extra points for certain Jellies or adding extra jumps. These effects differ between Cookies, with each being able to have five to seven sets, with most Magic Candies having five. For example, Fig Cookie can receive bonus points for Extra Points Every 10 seconds, Pink Bear Jellies or Basic Jellies, extra destruction points, or a protective shield. This can be checked using the information button next to the current Blessing's text. Blessing Tickets and Special Blessing Tickets can be obtained via the Magic Laboratory or from events.
Blessings slots for Individual Magic Candies can be unlocked after achieving a certain blessing as of the Thief at Large in Yakgwa Village update. Previously, blessing slots could be purchased with 1,000 Crystals each, allowing to save up to 2 Magic Candy Blessing effects that can be selected to obtained said bonus.
Below are tables displaying all possible Blessings and tiers.
